How many people can the rooms accommodate?
Staatsoper can accommodate up to 50 people in theatre-style seating. Other rooms and seating layouts have different capacities. Check the booking platform or contact us to discuss the right option for your appointment.
How much does a meeting room in Hamburg cost?
Meeting rooms start at €35 per hour plus statutory VAT. The actual price depends on the room, duration and additional services. Current booking prices are shown on anny.
How do I book a room?
Click “Book online” to open our location overview on anny. Select your room and date, then check the prices and terms displayed. For special requests, use our contact form or call us.
Can I book by the hour or for a full day?
Yes, hourly and longer bookings are available depending on the room and availability. The booking platform displays available periods, packages and the applicable terms.
Are equipment, drinks and catering included?
The services included depend on your booking. Equipment, drinks, meeting packages and catering may carry separate charges. Please check the included services and optional prices when choosing your room.
Can I book in the evenings or at weekends?
Appointments outside staffed service hours are possible by prior arrangement. Please agree access, support and any surcharges before booking. Our team is on site Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:00 and Friday 09:00–16:00.
Do I need to rent an office at the location?
No. External business customers can book the meeting rooms too. Our services are intended for businesses, self-employed professionals and freelancers.
Is parking available?
There are public car parks nearby with their own charges. Parking is not included in the room price. Jungfernstieg, Gänsemarkt and Stephansplatz are close by for public transport.
